In short

❍RACLE is an entertainment service. The cards and the readings do not predict the future and do not give professional advice. The decisions stay yours.

The service is not meant for anyone under 16. We ask for your date of birth when you first come in, and below that age the door does not open.

What we keep

From Telegram we receive your identifier and the name you are signed with. We do not get your phone number, your contacts or your messages.

When you introduce yourself you give a name, a date of birth and how you want to be addressed. The date of birth is for the age limit and the tone of address — we build no horoscopes from it.

Every reading is stored whole: your question, the cards that fell, the finished text and a technical record of the request to the model. Without it neither the history nor "go deeper" would work.

Your language and sound settings live in Telegram’s own storage, not on our side.

OUTSIDE TELEGRAM you sign in with Google. Google passes us your account identifier and your email address — but we store ONLY the identifier. The email never reaches our database: we do not need it, you sign in with the same account and are recognised by the same identifier.

Who else sees it

The text of your question, together with the cards, goes to the Google Gemini language model — there is nothing else to write the reading with. Google’s terms for their API apply to that.

The data sits on a server in Germany (Hetzner). We do not sell it, do not hand it to advertisers and do not use it for advertising.

Inside the team, whoever maintains the service has access to the database. Reading someone else’s readings out of curiosity is a breach, not a perk.

What we do not do

No counters and no trackers: there is no analytics in the app at all.

We do not write the text of your questions into the server logs — only technical events: which reading entered the queue, how long it took, how it ended.

We use no cookies: the sign-in is confirmed by Telegram’s signature, not by a file in your browser.

How long, and how to erase it

Readings and your profile are kept while you use the service: the history is the point of it. There is no automatic deletion period today.

If you signed in with Google, you delete the account YOURSELF: settings → “Delete account”. Your name, date of birth, gender and the whole reading history are erased. What stays is an anonymised payment record — the amount, the date and the payment number given by the payment system, with no name and no account of yours: it is needed for the books and for refunds.

If you came through Telegram, write to the address below — we erase the same things the same way.

What we cannot recall: whatever has already gone to Google during generation.

Deletion cannot be undone. Signing in again starts from nothing, free readings included.

❍RACLE does not replace a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or a financial adviser. Where health, safety, money or the law are involved, go to a professional rather than to cards.

If things are hard enough that you are having thoughts of harming yourself, reach out to people: someone close, a doctor, an emergency mental health line. This app is not built for that.
