❍RACLE — Terms of use
What this is
❍RACLE is an entertainment service inside Telegram: you ask a question, you pick the cards, and a language model writes a reading in the voice of a character.
By using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, simply do not use it.
Who may use it
You need a Telegram or Google account and to be at least the age asked for at the entrance. You give the date of birth yourself; a knowingly false one breaks these terms.
The account is personal. Do not pass your access on and do not present someone else’s readings as your own.
How it works, and what to expect
The cards are dealt by a random number generator and the text is written by a language model. The same question on another day gives another answer — that is how the service works, not a fault in it.
There are limits on how often you can ask: a few readings a minute and a few dozen a day. They protect the service from overload; they are not a punishment.
The service may be unavailable: an update, a failure, a limit on the external model. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.
What you must not do
Automate requests, extract the contents of the decks, work around the limits, or reach for other people’s data.
Use the service to harm yourself or another person, or present a reading as a medical, legal or financial opinion.
Resell access to the service or its contents.
Paying
Some readings are paid. The first five (5) readings are free, and they are spent on any kind: a spread, the energy check, Double Sight, going deeper. After that a reading costs 20 Telegram stars and going deeper costs 10.
Payment goes through Telegram stars, inside Telegram. We never see your payment details and do not store them: the settlement happens entirely on Telegram’s side, and what reaches us is the fact of the payment and its number.
STARS ARE CHARGED WHEN THE READING IS DELIVERED, not when you buy them. If the reading fails to generate, nothing is charged — the stars stay on your balance and go to the next one.
The reading is delivered immediately, and by buying you agree to immediate performance. That is why a reading you have already received cannot be refunded. If you were charged and did not get a reading, write to the address below — we will look into it and refund you.
Stars you have bought cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person. Prices may change; a change applies to future purchases, not to what you already bought.
Rights to the content
The deck texts, the design, the character and the art belong to the rights holder of the service. The reading you received is yours to show and to quote; copying the databases of meanings or the art into your own product is not allowed.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a reading is accurate, applicable or fit for your purpose.
We are not responsible for decisions taken after a reading, nor for what follows from them.
We are not responsible for outages on the side of Telegram, the model provider or the host.
Ending access
We may close access if these terms are broken — for example on attempts to break the service or to work around its limits.
You may stop using it at any time and ask us to erase your data (see the privacy policy).
Changes to these terms
The terms may change. The date below is their version; anything substantial we will show on this same screen.
